Okay, since the holidays are here and I haven't been drawing much and I'm almost off for the semester now, I figured I'd offer some free commisions (because I've ever charged? xD)! I doubt this journal will get much traffic anyway, but I'm limiting this to ten people. The first ten people to respond get a free drawing. It's okay if you don't know what you want right now. Just say you want me to draw something for you and you can tell me what later. I'll probably draw something for my favorite artists regardless, though, and that means the people who reply to my comments, comment on my stuff, make art I enjoy (which automatically goes with being on my friends/watch list), etc.

I'm most comfortable with drawing animals, but I'd be more than happy to draw people (because I need to practice, so please, don't be afraid to ask xP).
Not good with scenes, but I'll try.
I won't do more than three subjects.
I'll choose whether or not I color/do line art or traditional art. Most likely, though, I'll color the drawing for practice (unless you ask me not to).
I'll try and have your picture finished and uploaded before January 1.


Don't feel any pressure to give me anything in return, but I would loooove art of any of my characters. That would just make my Christmas. ^^

Just please don't ask for anything too complicated or anything with a background/ a lot of inanimate objects involved. xD You may ask for a pose or more than one subject, just so long as it doesn't exceed three people/animals.

Okay, here goes. ^^

1) I'm going to double major in Creative Writing and Criminology when I transfer to a four-year university. Right now, I'm studying English and Sociology to prepare.

2) I absolutely adore writing. It's the core of my life, and everything else I do branches off from it. But I haven't uploaded anything yet because I'm kind of lazy, and the first time I tried ages ago, I couldn't figure it out. xD

3) I'm a girl, a writer and reader, AND a video game lover. For some reason, this combination seems to be in fairly short supply (then again, I play games with intricate story lines, so perhaps this is expected. Enjoying stories and characters in any medium I find 'em in!). I love Nintendo, but Playstation is awesome too.

4) I have never gotten my ears pierced, and I have no earlobes. I used to pretend that I was an elf for this reason (though I pretended for the longest time that I was a dog, lol). x3

5) I loved wolves BEFORE it was cool. xP Back in elementary school, I literally used to teach people about them, and how they weren't the dangerous creatures everyone thought they were. I was an absolute animal wiz (and still am, though next to nobody knows this nowadays, because it never really comes up xD). I read every animal book and watched every nature film that I could get my hands on.

6) I watch TV about once a month. I don't know why... The computer's just way more addictive. xDD I can go for half a year without watching anything, and when I do, it's almost always Animal Planet, Discovery Health, the History Channel, or something like that. xD Hardly ever watch movies either, but some big movies like Harry Potter are a must for the theater.

7) I've never had a boyfriend... ever. And I'm almost twenty. xD But I love being single. To me, hanging out with people is almost an obligation. I don't find it very fun. I'd say I probably go out with friends about as often as I watch TV, and 9.99 times out of 10, it's because they invited ME somewhere. I get bored with people very quickly, even people I like. So a boyfriend? I would get sick of him within a day, unless he gave me TONS of space. A people person, I am not.

8) I want to work with sex offenders. Although I have a deep interest in all types of criminals, sex offenders are the ones that interest me the most, especially pedophiles. I think people are more disgusted with them than perhaps any other type of criminal, and for some reason, this fascinates me. Although I actually got into them long before the pedo-craze of the 2000's reached its peak (naturally, through my writing and research). xD As a writer, I seek to understand every viewpoint, every person, no matter how grotesque their urges, their very humanity may be or seem to be. Unfortunately, because I am so socially stunted, I don't see myself working hands on with these guys (and gals). I'll probably go into research instead. Oh, and on that note, I've also never had a job. I love being spoiled. x3
